We thought the “non-office clothes” recommendation went over well with last weekend’s open thread, so we’re going to continue it — these shoes aren’t quite casual, but are great for holiday parties. We like the ruffle on top, and the lack of sequins — nothing to snag a long skirt or dress, or a fancy-ish pair of trousers. We’d wear them with bare legs (and a driver and/or pair of snow boots standing by) but we think they could also work with the right pair of tights.
