Think you’ve got the freshest face of the 21st century?
Well, grab your Webcam and your best photo, because Benetton wants to see it. Starting Feb. 8, the fashion brand is looking for interesting, unconventional people with great personal style.
The “It’s My Time” global casting competition is open though March 16. Twenty winners will be announced on March 18 and flown to New York to model in Benetton’s Fall/Winter 2010 multimedia campaign.
Sign up (you have to be 14 or older), vote, comment or watch uploaded videos at benetton.com. You’ll also find more about the contest on Facebook and Twitter.
Benetton is known for its multicultural — and often provocative — campaigns; the four ads that stirred up the most controversy were a black woman nursing a white baby, a white “angel” child posing with a black “devil” child. a newborn baby with the umbilical cord still attached and a priest kissing a nun.
